Shipping Policy

  1. Conveyance charges / Shipping charges are charged on the basis of users’ location and it may change without any notice. However, This being a varied subject, Same Customers may have different conveyance charges on different occasions depending upon our route. Conveyance charges will be the final decision of Futstep management. Futstep reserves the right to deny services if the area mentioned is not in our serviceable range.

  2. The date and time of pick-up or delivery are tentative and may change due to technical, geographical, or legal limitations. Futstep won’t be held liable to compensate for any such delay in service.

  3. The cleaning process's standard turnaround time is 3 - 4 working days. Cleaning + Repair will be done in 7 to 10 working days depending upon the magnitude of repair work. (This may extend during festive seasons or in case your shoes are delicate)

  4.  Express Delivery Service may range anywhere between INR 300 to INR 400 + 18% gst and users can specify a delivery date by paying the additional express service fee.  (Please get a confirmation from our team before booking an express service. Subjected to approval by Futstep).

  5. In case you are requesting delivery at a different address than the pick-up address, We might charge you extra or there are chances that our delivery team doesn't serve in the requested area. Please confirm with our team for the same before booking the service.
