Futstep promises to keep the interests of the customers’ shoes secured in such a scenario. In the event, that you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money at our sole discretion, provided the reasons are genuine and proven after investigation. Please read the fine print of each service before opting for it, it provides all the details about the services you purchase. The liability of Futstep shall, in any event, be limited to the refund of a maximum amount of 5 times of the servicing cost of the item without taxes and shipping charges or the value of the item, whichever is lower.
