Cancellation Policy

Considering that we are into services business, There is a rare possibility of canceling the service once our team has started working on your shoes. However, If you have requested a pick-up and cancel the pick-up before the pick-up happens, we don’t charge any cancellation fee.

 

Once the pick-up is done from your location or you have submitted the shoes at our kiosk or any 3rd party outlet, The team punches the order and puts it up for inspection by the service team. This whole process consumes the time and effort of our team. 

 

If you cancel the service just before the processing has begun at the workshop, we charge a cancellation fee of INR 300/- + 18% GST per pair. There is no COD available for cancelled orders and the fee needs to be paid in advance via online transaction only so that our team can ensure smooth return of your shoes. This also includes those orders that are canceled by Futstep team because of the infeasibility to work on the pairs due to any technical reason.
